Midtown Sacramento offers imaginative, interactive & exhilarating art during Second Saturday on 6/9

A center for culture, creativity and vibrancy, Midtown Sacramento is an exciting Second Saturday Art Walk destination where local art galleries and other participating businesses collaborate to host a popular evening open house each month. Midtown guests will enjoy viewing art exhibits, participating in hands-on activities, meeting local artists, sampling food and wine, listening to live music and more.

Calling all cheerleaders, dancers and gymnasts!  Cheer Sacramento, Sacramento’s original “Charitable Cheerleaders,” is holding mid-season tryouts for the 2016-2017 season! 

Tryouts will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at CheerXperience gym (11335 Folsom Blvd., Rancho Cordova, CA 95742).

We will teach you how to deadhead spent blooms from the rosebushes and how tidying up the garden encourages repeat blooming of the roses in the Historic Rose Garden. If possible bring your own gloves and tools, but we will also provide tools if you need them. Light refreshments of coffee and pastries will be served. Late risers welcome!
