First-Ever Old Sacramento Chocolate Week -- May 4-10!

Come see Cheer Sacramento perform for charity at Badlands

Come out and see Cheer Sacramento perform for charity on Friday, April 10 at 5:30 p.m. at Badlands, 2003 K Street, Sacramento, 95814!

Cheer Sacramento will be the featured performer at Outword Magazine’s monthly happy hour.  The event will feature two performances by Cheer Sacramento and raffles for attendees.  Cheer Sacramento will be collecting donations after the performances for their 2014-2015 beneficiary, the Mustard Seed School. 

Cheer Sacramento has been actively involved in the Sacramento community since 1999.  Cheer Sacramento performs and fundraises at various community events, including Sacramento Pride, the Susan G. Komen “Race for the Cure” and the California International Marathon.  Most recently, the team helped raise money for the Sacramento Gay and Lesbian Center at the 2014 Rainbow Festival alongside Cheer San Francisco.  The team has even been in a Coca-Cola commercial.

Come to learn, watch and taste as Wellness Chef Lothar Wakefield takes this amazing early spring vegetable from harvest to table during the next “Live With the Chef” cooking class on Wednesday, March 25 at 6 p.m. at Arden Hills.  This special monthly cooking class is focused on incorporating fresh ingredients designed for a healthy and well balanced diet. You're invited to join this ongoing adult cooking series - couples are welcome, too! Due to the popularity of this class, space is limited and reservations are required.
