The free events for Food Day 2013 at California State University, Sacramento have been announced.

Tuesday, October 22nd:

  • Film viewing ‘A Place at the Table’ at Hinde Auditorium, Student Union (October 22nd, 9 – 11 am)

followed by discussion with Erik Kintzel (Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services), Randy Stannard (Harvest

Sacramento and Soil Born Farms), Andrea Bricker (California Department of Aging)

  • Thursday, October 24th:

Cooking demonstration and tastings for preschoolers (9‐11am), and students (3.30‐4.30pm) at the Cove,

WELL

  • Film viewing ‘Weight of the Nation Part 4: Challenges’ at California Suite, Student Union (1‐3pm)

followed by a discussion
